Recipe: Chorizo and Shrimp Medley


INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp celery, sliced
1/2 pc medium white onion, sliced thinly
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 pc siling pangsigang, sliced
200 g shrimps, shelled, deveined and tail on
100 g Chorizo de Pamplona, sliced thin
1 tbsp paprika picante/smokey paprika
2 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped
French bread
salt and pepper

 
PROCEDURE:
1. Saute onion, celery and garlic in olive oil and butter. Add siling pansigang, chorizo and shrimps.
 
2.Add paprika and white wine. Cook until wine evaporates.
 
3. Season with salt and pepper.
 
4.Add flat leaf parsley and toss. Serve.
