Recipe: Crunchy Suman Snowflakes


INGREDIENTS:

5 pcs Suman Taal
500 grams cornflakes
2 beaten eggs
1 cup caramel syrup (advance prep)
oil for deep frying

 
PROCEDURE:
1. Dip suman in beaten eggs, then coat with corn flakes. Deep-fry until crispy.
 
2. Place on plate, drizzle with caramel syrup.
