Recipe: Caesar Salad in Balayan Bagoong Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
500 grams romaine lettuce
½ cup Bagoong Balayan
200 grams bacon
1 baguette
30 grams Parmesan cheese
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup olive oil
hot sauce
1 tablespoon calamansi juice

 
PROCEDURE:
1. Combine the egg yolk and olive oil. Add Bagoong Balayan and calamansi juice, and continue mixing until creamy. Set aside.
 
2. Rinse romaine lettuce, place on the plate, top with crispy bacon and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with Bagoong Balayan dressing.
