Recipe: Tapang Taal

INGREDIENTS:
500 grams pork meat
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon calamansi juice
3 eggs
2 tablespoons salt
1 onion, sliced
50 grams garlic

 
PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate pork slices for 10 minutes.
2. Pan-grill the pork until crispy and set aside.
3. Beat the eggs and make an omelette with the pork tapa as filling. Serve with garlic vinegar.
