Recipe: Grilled Shrimp and Clam Pizza


INGREDIENTS:
pizza crust
large shrimps, thawed, peeled and deveined
whole clams 
olive oil
pesto
shredded mozzarella cheese
basil leaves

 
PROCEDURE:
1. Heat  oil in a medium skillet.
 
2. Add the shrimp and clams and sear for 4 minutes.
 
3. Remove from skillet and set aside.

4. Brush each crust with olive oil, then sprinkle the cheese on top. 

5. Sprinkle the clams evenly over each crust, followed by the shrimps.

6. Top with cheese and pesto.

7. Bake pizza for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
