Recipe: Papaitan with Garbanzos

INGREDIENTS:
100 grams beef liver
300 grams ox-tripe, pre-cooked
100 grams garbanzos in can, pre-cooked
1 cup ampalaya tea
1 cup ginger tea
1 teaspoon chicken powder
2 tablespoons slurry potato starch
1 onion, julienned
10 grams chopped garlic
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic, onion, liver and ox-tripe. Add Ampalaya tea and ginger tea and allow to boil. Add garbanzos. Season with chicken powder.
2. Pour slurry potato starch to thicken. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
