Recipe: Adobong Manok sa Dilaw


INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo chicken chunks
50 grams dilaw na luya, grated
1 cup white vinegar
50 garlic
5 grams black peppercorn
2 bay leaves
1 onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt 

 
PROCEDURE:
1. Mix all ingredients in a pot. Cover and simmer for an hour or until done.
2. Place into dish plate and garnish with chopped cilantro.
