Carl Malone Montecido shares his inspiring story

Carl revealed that the person who took the video of him singing was a new acquaintance he met on Facebook. He said he was completely unaware that he was being filmed, and was utterly surprised when they told him that the video went viral.

Carl also expressed how grateful he is for the sudden blessing he received. He said, “Nagpapasalamat po ako dahil at my age and in my case - visually impaired - may mga taong naka-appreciate ng talent ko.”

He also took time to thank the people who were responsible for his rise to fame.

Thank you so much.”

Carl was once a contender for GMA-7's original reality singing competition, The Clash Season 2.
