LOOK: This is Jon Hall's new life in Sweden

By Racquel Quieta

If you were at least already a teen in the early 2000's, chances are you know Filipino-British model-actor, Jon Hall.

He was one of those muscular hunks featured in billboards and print ads, and even became one of Bench's endorser.

Jon eventually entered showbiz and starred in several films. He also competed in the reality TV show, 'Survivor Philippines Celebrity Edition' in 2010 and appeared in the Kapuso series 'My Beloved.'

Jon was definitely one of the crushable hunks at the time.

And in case you're wondering, what happened to him and where he is now, the Cebu-born hottie is now a doting family man.

Jon is now happily settled in Sweden with his wife and two lovely kids.

In his recent appearance on 'Mars Pa More,' Jon said he met his Swedish wife in the Philippines ten years ago and they eventually decided to move to Sweden and start a family.

“'Yung asawa ko kasi Swedish siya. Dito siya lumaki,” Jon said. “We wanted kids and we thought we'll go to Sweden and she can give birth to the kids, so they would have Swedish passports right away.”

Jon also gave a glimpse of his life there through some personal videos of him spending time with his family.

Some of the videos showed Jon riding his longboard, teaching his son how to ride a bike, Jon and his family spending time near a lake, playing the ukulele, and also a clip of him and his son sledding in the snow.

Jon's cute son, Christopher, is turning 5 years old in July, while his adorable baby girl, Alina, is only one year old.

Jon said he has Filipino friends in Sweden, and he plays basketball with them once a week.

While 'Mars Pa More' hosts Iya Villania and Camille Prats got a bit jealous looking at Jon's videos spending time outdoors during the summer, he confessed that he misses the Philippines so much.

“Ako, nami-miss ko talaga 'yung Pilipinas kasi all year round, good weather.

“Tapos nakita ko 'yung videos, mga kaibigan ko, all year round nasa labas sila with their kids.

“Dito naman 'pag winter, mahirap to take the kids out kasi sobrang lamig.

“Na-miss ko talaga. I grew up in Florida and the Philippines, so always hot weather.”

Jon said he once swore he would never live somewhere cold and laughed at the irony that he's now residing in Sweden.

“I told myself a long time ago, I would never ever live in a cold country.

“Now I've been here for five years.”

Jon said he's happy to live anywhere as long as he's with his family but would also love to visit his homeland one of these days.

“Wherever I go, as long as we're with the family, I'm home. So, it doesn't matter where I go.

“But I do miss the Philippines and would love to come back.”
