Mango float recipe ala Joyce Pring and Juancho Trivino

By Racquel Quieta

If you're making dessert for the first time, then you should definitely go for an easy-to-prepare no-bake dessert such as the Pinoy favorite Mango Float.

In a recent episode of Mars Pa More, newlywed Kapuso couple Joyce Pring and Juancho Trivino, or Juanchoyce, showed how easy it is to make mango float.

Here are all the ingredients you'll need for it:

all-purpose cream
condensed milk
Graham crackers
mangoes

And here's the step-by-step procedure:

1. Mix together the all-purpose cream and condensed milk.
2. Pour the first layer of crushed Graham crackers into the container. This will be the base of your mango float dessert.
3. Then add a layer of the all-purpose cream and condensed milk mixture.
4. Put sliced mangoes on top of the cream and milk mixture.
5. Then add another layer again by repeating steps 2 to 4.

You can do as many layers as you want for as long as you have enough ingredients.

Just keep in mind that the ratio of the all-purpose cream and the condensed milk should be two is to one.

As a final tip, Joyce advised that you use plenty of Graham crackers to balance out the sweetness of the mangoes and the cream.
