
Want to work out and burn fat but you're always pressed for time? Then here's a quick yet intense 4-movement workout routine that you can do despite your busy schedule.

In a recent episode of Mars Pa More, actor Marco Alcaraz led a virtual workout session with Mars Iya Villania and Camille Prats.
The workout is comprised of only four exercises which will be done for 40 seconds each with 20 seconds rest in between for two rounds.
It's super quick and easy, Iya even did it while all glammed up. Plus, all you need is enough space in your home to do push-ups. So, there's really no excuses for you not to try it, mars and pars.
Here are the four exercises included in the workout routine:
1) Split jacks
2) High knees
3) Butt kicks
4) Push-ups
