Ikinuwento ni Kazel Kinouchi kung paano niya binuo ang bagong karakter niya 'My Father's Wife.'
Tinanggap ni Kazel Kinouchi ang hamon na bigyang-buhay ang kontrabida character na si Betsy sa bagong GMA Afternoon Prime series na My Father's Wife, na mapapanood simula Lunes, June 23, pagkatapos ng It's Showtime.
Si Betsy ang inggiterang best friend ni Gina, na ginagampanan ni Kylie Padilla. Kalaunan ay magiging step mother siya ng huli dahil magpapakasal siya sa ama ni Gina na si Robert (Gabby Concepcion).
Sa panayam ni Kazel sa Kapuso Showbiz News, sinigurado niya na magiging iba ang atake niya sa role kumpara sa pagiging Zoey niya noon sa Abot-Kamay na Pangarap.
“It is very different lalo na 'yung social status ni Betsy kay Zoey, kasi Betsy grew up with nothing at all. So, even the way I talk, I dress. 'Yung mga nuances ko ibang-iba siya kay Zoey.” kuwento ng promising actress.

Paliwanag niya, “Yes villain tayo dito, pero I mean, 'yung character ko siyempre she did not wake up choosing to be evil. Kasi, she was shaped by her circumstances, by her past experiences. I'm so excited for everyone to meet Betsy and ayun excited and nervous at the same time there is expectations."
“The title [My] Father's Wife, ako 'yung wife nung father. So sana, ma-exceed ko 'yung expectations ng mga tao.”
