'My Korean Jagiya' actor David Kim was once paired with 'Descendants of the Sun' actress Song Hye Kyo

During Alexander Lee, David Kim, and Myke Solomon's Facebook live via GMA Network's ArtisTambayan, My Korean Jagiya star David revealed that he once worked with top Korean actress Song Hye Kyo.

Their translator, Sarang, narrated: "Noong mas bata siya, he had a chance to work with Song Hye Kyo. Ka-partner niya actually in a sitcom. Part nung story nila doon sa sitcom... girlfriend niya si Song Hye Kyo doon, pero meron siyang ka-third party. Nahuli siya ni Song Hye Kyo, so pinalo siya. Meron daw eksenang ganun. [He said], it was fun [working with her]."

The actor also dished on how the Descendants of the Sun actress is like off-cam. Sarang explained, "Napakabait daw na tao ni Song Hye Kyo, she's very approachable as well."

David also met Song Hye Kyo's fiance,Song Joong Ki, once. Sarang added, "Si Song Joong Ki naman, hindi pa niya nakatrabaho, pero he met him in a private gathering lang daw. Very tahimik, very down-to-earth daw, tapos okay na tao. Tapos para raw sa kanya bagay na bagay daw 'yung dalawa, [si Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo]."

The actor has been in show business for eighteen years. David even worked with well-known Korean celebrities such Girl's Generation's Yoona and ZE:A's Siwan in his recent drama The King In Love, and also with other talented actors in productions such as IRIS 2, Couple or Trouble, Unstoppable Marriage, and many others.
