READ: Alexander Lee, thankful to 'My Korean Jagiya' supporters for the high ratings

My Korean Jagiya's consistent high ratings is such a huge blessing for the show's leading man, Alexander Lee. Which is why he's incredibly grateful for the fans of the GMA Telebabad soap for making the show a success.

In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, Alexander said, "I’m so thankful because the audience is actually enjoying our show. Aside from the ratings, we are so glad to see the reactions and comments on social media platforms. All of us worked really hard for the viewers so seeing them being kilig and enjoying just makes us wanna work harder for them. All the glory to God."

Aside from the positive reception from viewers, another motivation for Alexander to do well in My Korean Jagiya is his co-star Heart Evangelista. After getting to know each other for a few months now, he shared a few things that he found out about the Kapuso actress.

"I learned how funny Heart could be with her ad libs during taping. It just brightens the entire atmosphere on set. I also realized how easily she could be content and happy. She appreciates every tiny thing and she is always grateful. That’s something really humble," Alexander said.

He also told GMANetwork.com to expect more of his character's (Jun Ho) unseen sides such as his jealous personality which he's sure that viewers will enjoy. Lastly, he also left a sweet message for the fans of My Korean Jagiya.

"Thank you very much for supporting our drama and showing so much love. I was so worried whether Filipino viewers would like My Korean Jagiya or not. But now, I got the answer already and [I] will definitely work even harder for everyone. Please expect more exciting and kilig plots coming soon," said Alexander.
