Recently, a new character named Lee Gong Woo was introduced in My Korean Jagiya and he is portrayed by South Korean actor, Andy Ryu. Gong Woo maybe bad news for Gia and Jun Ho's love story but Alexander Lee is definitely happy to have another kababayan around!

In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, Alexander said that he had no problems making friends with Andy.

According to him, "He is a really well-mannered guy and easy to get along with. I instantly got close with him."

Aside from forming a quick friendship with Andy, Alexander is also happy to work with him because of his professionalism.

"Since we clicked well, working with him was also easy. And of course. since he is also from Korea, the working style is familiar to me that I felt like I was back in Korea. It was fun introducing him to the Filipino working style too because it reminded me of how I first started working here," he shared.

Lastly, he shared that with Andy around, he feels less lonely in the Philippines because they have a lot of things in common.

Alexander said that, "I’m actually really happy! Since I’m from South Korea, it is hard for people here to relate to my feelings regarding cultural difference in work. But now that he is here, it comforts me a lot that he understands me. I’m also less lonelier because I have a new neighbor! He moved his room next to mine so we often grab a bite together."
