LOOK: Alexander Lee reminisces on his 'My Korean Jagiya' memories

We all first fell in love with Alexander Lee when he starred with Heart Evangelista in the 2017 series My Korean Jagiya.

This day (June 12) last year marks the start of Xander's My Korean Jagiya and in an Instagram post, the Kapuso oppa took a trip down memory lane.

"One year ago today, my MKJ journey began. Having much doubt and worries, I never imagined how much love I would receive from our audiences (including the overwhelming mall shows)," captioned Xander.

He also told the awkward story of the first time he met and worked with Heart.

"Also, who would have thought that my MKJ family would become like my real family in the Philippines, 'di ba? A small confession: I could remember how shy and awkward I was when I first met Heart, to the point that I couldn’t look straight at her eyes during the photo shoot. But now I could talk about anything n everything with Gia," he said.

Xander then requested his My Korean Jagiya cast mates to have a reunion soon. He is currently in the Philippines to promote his single, "Keep Ya Head Up."
