The different sides of Jillian Ward

Last August 3, GMANetwork.com visited the set of One Day Isang Araw. One of the show’s lead stars is Jillian Ward, who plays Daisy in the series. Find out what this talented gem is most passionate about.
Jillian’s number one passion is acting. She told us that she enjoys every taping day for One Day Isang Araw because she gets along really well with her co-stars.
When the cameras are not rolling, she plays games with her co-stars Marc Justine Alvarez, Milkcah Nacion and Joshua Uy.
Jillian shared, “Naglalaro po kami ng iPad. Favorite po namin ‘yung Mindcraft, Candy Crush, Minion Rush, tapos po minsan sa bahay namin, naglalaro po kami ng dodge ball at Patintero.”
“Minsan po naglalaro din kami, ‘yung parang action-action. Parang knight lang po sila [Joshua at Marc]. Kami [ni Milkcah] ‘yung reyna,” added Jillian.
Jillian also told us that she is a certified kikay girl. She shared, “Mahilig po ako sa accessories, mga necklace, earrings and bracelets.”
The cute child actress also has a passion for the arts. According to her, “Minsan po ‘pag may paper ako tapos nilalagay ko sa taas ng coloring book tapos sinusundan ko ‘yung shape tapos kinukulayan ko nalang po ng kahit anong kulay na gusto ko. Mahilig din po ako sa paper dolls.”
During her free time, she relaxes by watching DVDs with her little sister.
“Minsan po nagmo-movie night po kami, tapos po kumakain kami ng nachos sa bahay habang nanonood ng movie. Favorite ko po ‘yung Night At The Museum at saka Drag Me To Hell, Insidious at Scary Movie. ‘Yung kapatid ko na girl na 2 years old, favorite niya talaga po ‘yung The Lorax kaya kabisado ko na po ‘yung sinasabi minsan,” explained Jillian.
Interestingly, Jillian is also an aspiring singer. She named Celine Dion, Charice Pempengco, Jennifer Hudson and Jennifer Holiday as her idols. What kind of songs does she love performing?
“’Yung Titanium po, pinag-aaralan ko, at saka ‘yung Just Give Me A Reason. Favorite ko din po si Pink,” stated Jillian.
