It is remarkable how Sparkle hunk Bruce Roeland has been juggling the pressure and stress of being an actor and a college student at the same time.
Bruce, who is one of the cast members of the brand new sitcom Open 24/7 openly shared his struggle as a working student in his interview with GMANetwork.com.
The former teen star is currently studying at the MAPUA University and is on his first year as an Information Technology student.
He admitted that it is challenging and it's a lot of hard work on his part.
“At dahil walang bakasyon ang MAPUA tuluy-tuloy. Siyempre, kailangan e, 'yung kinuha ko IT (Information Technology). Kailangan talaga tiyaga sa IT.” Bruce noted.
“Hindi talaga madali, pero lahat gusto natin may paraan, 'pag ayaw natin may dahilan alam natin 'yan.
“Kaya 'pag gusto mo talaga 'yung bagay ilalagay mo lahat ng oras diyan, ako naman gusto ko maging artista, gusto ko maging IT student. Kaya lahat 'yan I'm juggling all of it, kailangan talaga time management as working student.”
The Kapuso heartthrob also expressed his gratitude to his professors, since they understand the rigorous schedule as an artista.
He stated, “Pero naiintindihan ng school, kinakausap ko 'yung mga professor and siyempre minsan napapanood nila 'yung mga show ko. So they are kind of a fan.
“They are so nice, kunwari 'yung deadline is today, kung may work ako today binibigyan ako until tomorrow, so I have time naman.”
