Ronnie lauds Michael V’s leadership

All praises ang veteran performer na si Ronnie Henares sa co-actor niyang si Michael V. sa Saturday night comedy program na Pepito Manaloto: Ang Tunay na Kuwento. Si Michael V. din kasi ang tumatayong creative director ng show at malaki ang naiambag ng talented comedian para lalo pang mapaganda at maging mas kapanapanabik ang mga episode ng programa linggo-linggo.
Kahit nga ang mga young stars sa Pepito na sina Jake Vargas, Angel Satsumi at mga semi-regular nito na sina Julie Anne San Jose at Bea Binene ay tinutukan ni Bitoy para lumabas ang galing nila sa pagpapatawa.
Saad ni Ronnie, “Actually they’re comedy is okay. We are all being guided by Michael V. He has an idea of what he wants to see as the writer. So when we have our reading every Thursday, before we shoot we read first eh, he expresses his idea of how that particular scene or how that particular line should be attacked.”
“Of course, the director is there. Bert (de Leon) also put his ideas [forward] sometimes. Sometimes we put [forth] our ideas as well.”
Pero hindi talaga maikakaila na bilib na bilib daw si Ronnie kay Michael V. dahil laging on top of things ang kanilang creative director pagdating sa set.
“Let’s say pag hindi nakausap ni Michael si Nova Villa and he wasn’t able to tell his ideas, he’ll tell me, before I leave for the set. 'Uy ‘yung kay Nova sabihin mo ganito attack niya'. So we are all guided.”
