GMA Network's hit afternoon series 'Prima Donnas' has finally resumed taping after its production was suspended for six months because of the community quarantine guidelines.
As soon as the entertainment industry slowly transitioned into the “new normal,” 'Prima Donnas' started their 21-day lock-in taping in Antipolo, Rizal.
The cast--bannered by Jillian Ward, Althea Ablan, and Elijah Alejo--and the staff have taken strict precautionary measures by wearing face masks and face shields while on set.
Now that their first lock-in taping of 'Prima Donnas' has ended, take a look at how it unfolded in this gallery.
Before the lock-in taping, the whole cast and production crew underwent swab testing to make sure they are negative.

Wendell and Chanda are ready for their take, but they still wear face masks to ensure they are safe.
Since the number of people allowed in the taping is limited, the program manager of 'Prima Donnas,' Redgynn Alba, will have a special appearance in the show. Can you guess what her role would be?
Wendell Ramos, Katrina Halili, and Aiko Melendez created contents for their respective vlogs during their days off.
On October 18, 'Prima Donnas' wrapped up their first lock-in taping, and Aiko Melendez celebrated their success. She wrote on her Instagram, “Thank You, Lord. We all survived smooth and safely, our lock-in taping.”
Before leaving their set, the stars and crew of 'Prima Donnas' underwent swab testing to make sure they were safe as they returned home.
To wrap their taping up, the production crew, led by directors Gina Alajar and Aya Topacio, joined Katrina Halili in a TikTok video. During their 21-day lock-in taping, everyone remained negative for the COVID-19.
