WATCH: Elijah Alejo thanks haters, 'Mainis pa po kayo lalo.'

Prima Donnas star Elijah Alejo related recently that she's okay with the bashing she's receiving from the viewers of the said top-rating afternoon drama.

In an interview with Cata Tibayan, the most hated kontrabida of the afternoon series even thanked her bashers.

She said, “Thank you, mainis pa po kayo lalo.”

In the series, Elijah portrays the character of Brianna, the ever bratty and obnoxious kontrabida of the three Prima Donnas namely Donna Marie (played by Jillian Ward), Donna Belle (played by Sofia Pablo) and Donna Lyn (played by Althea Ablan).

Pretending to be a true-blooded Claveria, she is the daughter of Maria Kendra Fajardo played by seasoned actress Aiko Melendez, who is the primary antagonist of the show and opposite of Lilian portrayed by Katrina Halili.

This is the first time Elijah represented such role and she shared some techniques on how to stay on top of her game when it comes to scrutinizing the Donnas.

“'Yung talagang kapag titingin pa lang po ako, talagang dapat po ganito na. 'Yung full of emotions po 'yung mata ko," she said.

But unlike her role, Elijah is a sweet and friendly lady in real life. In fact, she's friends with the reel Donnas.

Meanwhile, Elijah also shared her inspiration for being a good and realistic kontrabida.

“Si Ms. Glaiza de Castro po,” she said.

“Bukod po kasi sa kontrabida, kaya niya po 'yung magmukhang nakakaawa kahit kontrabida siya. Ang galing niya po.”
