'Prima Donnas' might be Aiko Melendez's last show for a while.

Seasoned actress Aiko Melendez won the Best Supporting Drama Actress at the PMPC Star Awards for TV for her role as Kendra in GMA's top-rated afternoon drama Prima Donnas.

Aiko felt so blessed to have won an award during a pandemic.

She wrote on Instagram, "Magandang pabaon po ito sa akin at sa bumubuo ng #Primadonnas as we head off to start our 2nd season!"

"To all the Fans who Love to Hate Kendra para sa ating lahat to.

"Every recognition is special to me but this one is memorable ,winning an award during a pandemic is just a testimony of How blessed iam to be getting this."

Aiko then thanked her children, Andre Yllana and Marthena Jickain, boyfriend Jay Khonghun, and her parents.

"To my @dancas123 I know you are smiling up there in heaven with Papa Jimi. I won't stop making you both Proud of me.

"To my family i love you all especially my Kids @andreyllana and @jickainmarthena to my partner @vicegov_jaykhonghun You are all my inspiration."

In a separate post, Aiko also thanked her Prima Donnas family, who was there to support her from the very beginning.

"Walang hanggang pasasalamat ko po sa inyong lahat my Prima Donnas family! I wouldn't have done it alone, hindi ko pwede solohin ang credit, team work po ito!

"Alam nyo ba na di ako ang first choice for Kendra? Trivia...

"But this project was really meant for me, coz i remember praying na kng maantay nila ako from my US trip then, para sa akin talaga ito.

"Now on our 2nd season, and as I have mentioned in my speech, this might be my last show for now."
