The countdown for the highly-anticipated return of the popular reality game show, Running Man Philippines, is on as GMA Network has finally confirmed its world premiere.
The much-awaited season two of the show will make a comeback on weekend primetime beginning May 11 after the GMA Entertainment Group unveiled its airing date during the grand “Best Time Ever” media conference on March 15.
GMA-7 released new footage from the more than one month shoot in Korea, which was taken during the Winter season.
Expect a K-level up entertainment with Mikael Daez, Glaiza De Castro, Buboy Villar, Lexi Gonzales, Kokoy de Santos, Angel Guardian, and the newest Runner Miguel Tanfelix compete in bigger and crazier missions and games.
Many fans of Running Man Philippines are also looking forward to watching season two as well.
Mikael Daez stated that that the latest season will be a lot different from the previous, which aired in 2022.
He explained, “Ngayon kasi close na kami talagang 'yung friendship namin literal na close na talaga kami. 'Yung friendship namin talagang nag-solidify na siya and 'yun 'yung lumabas e. So, iba kasi 'yung nagiging joke, comedy at mga sitwasyon na lumalabas kapag komportable na kayo sa isa't isa.”
