The upcoming reality show on Philippine TV, Running Man Philippines, has captured the attention of several Korean websites.

Shot entirely in South Korea, the reality show is the first co-production between SBS (Seoul Broadcasting System) and GMA Network.

Cast in the project are Glaiza De Castro, Ruru Madrid, Buboy Villar, Lexi Gonzales, Kokoy de Santos, Angel Guardian, and Mikael Daez.

Clearly, the interest in this groundbreaking show has piqued the interest of Koreans, too.

A report by Lee Da-gyeom (Star Today) highlighted the aggressive pre-promotion activities being done by GMA Network for the grand pilot episode this coming September 3.

Last August 27 (Saturday), the show held a media conference, which was attended by local entertainment writers. The cast performed in front of a packed crowd at the Grand Fan Fest held at the Midtown Atrium of Robinsons Manila.

Further raising the excitement for the first episode, GMA Music announced that the official soundtrack of the Running Man Philippines is now available on all digital platforms.

Aside from the Philippines, China and Vietnam have also launched their local versions of the popular Korean reality show.

Running Man Philippines airs on weekend evening primetime, Saturdays, 7:15 P.M., and Sundays, 7:50 P.M.
