Recipe: Cheesy San Marino Tuna Flakes Macaroni



INGREDIENTS
:
 
1 180g can San Marino Tuna Flakes
1 cup macaroni, cooked
½ cup button mushroom, sliced
1 pc onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
½ cup beef broth
½ cup grated cheese
1 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
 
PROCEDURE
 
In a pan, sauté onion and garlic.  
Add in butter. When butter is melted, add in flour. 
Pour in beef broth. Stir to prevent lumps.  
Add in cheese, stir until melted.
Add in San Marino Tuna Flakes and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer then add in macaroni. Turn off heat.
Pour in mixture in an oven safe casserole and top with cheese.
Place in oven or oven toaster. Bake until cheese is browned.
