Recipe: CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties Gising-Gising



INGREDIENTS:


3 pcs CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties
2 cups kangkong stems, sliced into 1⁄4 inch length
1 tbsp. oil
1 red onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp. fish sauce
1 pc sili pang sigang, seeded and chopped
1 cup gata
1⁄2 inch ginger, chopped finely

PROCEDURE:

Fry CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties until brown, chop and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onions, garlic and ginger in oil
Add kangkong stems and stir-fry
Add gata and sili. Season with fish sauce. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Top gising-gising with crispy ulam burger bits.
