Recipe: CDO Ulam Burger With Togue Spring Rolls


INGREDIENTS:

8 pcs CDO Ulam Burger Mini, shaped into long strips
250 g togue
1 pc carrots, sliced into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc white onion, minced
¼ cup tenga ng daga, chopped
¼ cup spring onions, chopped
cooking oil, for sauteing  and deep frying
egg for sealing edges
lumpia wrapper
fish sauce (to taste)
salt
pepper
 

PROCEDURE:
1.  Sauté onion, carrots, garlic, tenga ng daga and togue until togue is slightly soft. Season with fish sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside to cool.
2. Lay lumpia wrapper on a flat surface then put strips of CDO Mini Ulam Burger.  Spoon some togue mixture then sprinkle with spring onions. Roll into lumpia then seal edges with egg mixture.
3. Deep fry until golden brown then drain excess oil using paper towel.
