READ: Gabbi Garcia bids goodbye to her character in 'Sherlock Jr.'

Avid viewers of Sherlock Jr. were shocked with the sudden death of Gabbi Garcia's character, Lily Pelaez. In an Instagram post, the Kapuso actress said that she's grateful to have worked with her Sherlock Jr. family.

"I honestly don’t know where to start. As much as it’s hard to say goodbye, well here it goes. I would like to thank the #SherlockJr team! Thank you for treating me like family. [They're] one of the best cast and productions I’ve ever worked with! Thanks for keeping things light and full of love! I’ll definitely miss taping," wrote Gabbi.

"Thank you also to everyone who supports the show! To my gabbifieds and gabru’s, love you guys! Quite unexpected, but I felt all the love from each and everyone of you. Time to take a bow. Thank you, Lily Pelaez," ended Gabbi.
