Alden Richards is proud to do the intense confrontation scene with Bea Alonzo in 'Start-Up PH'

Kapuso fans were in awe with the stellar performance of award-winning Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo and Asia's Multimedia Star Alden Richards in the intense confrontation scene in last night's episode of the popular primetime series Start-Up PH.

Alden's character, Tristan finally admitted that he has feelings for Dani, the role played by Bea.

The scene, which was shot under the rain, was a memorable one for the lead stars of the show.

Bea shared in her 24 Oras interview her reaction when she saw the final edit of that particular scene for the first time.

“Nung napanood ko 'yung scene, they sent it to me. Pati ako parang, 'Whoa!'” she said.

“Napapa-gasp na, 'Oh My God!', ganito pala nila inedit.”

For his part, Alden stated that Tristan and Dani will go through some difficult situations as the story continues on.

“Naku! Masasaktan kayo dito. Of course, alam naman natin sa Start-Up lately na medyo nagiging mahirap na 'yung mga situations na pinagda-daanan nung dalawa. 'Yung pagmamahal nila sa isa't isa kumbaga 'yung bida ng mga decision, pero siyempre hanggang saan 'yun?"

He said that scene with Bea is something that he will cherish forever, “It really makes me proud na from a fan, when I was, before pa ako mag-showbiz napapanood ko na si B. To be able to do a scene like that with her, in our first show together, iba! One for the books 'yun sa career ko.”

In addition, Alden Richards has also recorded one of the theme songs of Start-Up PH titled “Ikaw at Ikaw.”

What is the song all about?

He explained, “Maganda 'yung message nung kanta. Nung pineresent siya sa akin nagustuhan ko naman 'yung laman. Tapos it's also a nice theme song para kay Tristan and Dani.”
