Director Adolf Alix Jr. promises mixture of light and dramatic moments in 'Loving Miss Bridgette'

"Loving Miss Bridgette" is the first mini-series from the upcoming afternoon drama anthology Stories from the Heart.

The titular Bridgette is played by Kapuso actress Beauty Gonzalez. The series is her first in the Kapuso network.

"I'm Miss Bridgette de Leon. Ako 'yung guidance counselor who came from a broken marriage and searching for myself. Nahanap ko si Marcus na magbibigay ng kulay sa buhay ko," Beauty revealed in a virtual media conference for the show held on September 8.

The show pairs her with a younger leading man, Kapuso cutie Kelvin Miranda.

"Ako po si Marcus Villareal, pre-med student at ang mangagambala ng buhay ni Bridgette," he says of his character.

The series is helmed by award-winning director Adolf Alix Jr. He promises a different treatment for this afternoon drama series while still staying true to certain elements that Kapuso viewers enjoy.

Direk Adolf also lauded his lead stars Kelvin and Beauty for creating a spark between their characters.
