Comedy Concert Queen Aiai Delas Alas and Filipino rap icon Andrew E. did a duet of the 1990 hit "Humanap Ka ng Panget" to mark the start of 'The Clash 2024's' second round, 'Pares Kontra Pares.'

The Clash 2024 opened its new round with a bang, featuring Aiai Delas Alas and Andrew E, as seen in the episode last Saturday, October 12.

The Comedy Concert Queen and the Filipino rap icon duetted to the latter's 1990 debut hit single "Humanap Ka ng Panget" in a production number to aptly mark the start of the musical competitions' second round, 'Pares Kontra Pares.'

Andrew E. couldn't help but feel grateful to be back on TV and to share the stage with the veteran comedienne.

Andrew E. said in an online exclusive video, "Kakulitan ko 'yon to the highest degree. Me and Ai magkakulitan and nakikita ko na talagang nag-e-enjoy s'ya doon sa aking kanta kasi nakikita n'ya 'ko. But then again, it's been awhile. It's so long time ago na 'di kami nagkasama ni Ms. Ai."

In the show's 'Pares Kontra Pares' round, the 12 remaining Clashers are paired in twos to perform in duets.

A pair competes with another pair. However, each member of the pair can go against each other if they fail to sit on the 'Top of the Clash' and will battle it out in 'Matira Ang Matibay.'

Last episode, it was Team Thunder's Zandra Pateres and Tiny Deluxe who competed with each other after losing to their opponent, Team Ally consisting of Molly Langley and Alfred Bogabil.

Together with Molly and Alfred, Zandra advanced to the next round after Tiny Deluxe fell short in the competition.

Other pairs who will compete in the next episodes are Chloe Redondo and Naya Ambi of Team Iris, Meleena Santos and Xandrex Arellano of Team Xoulmates, Tau Castro and Angel D. of Team Tau's Angel, and Sean Karl and VIn Rimas of Team Bimboys.

The Clash 2024 airs every Saturday, 7:15 p.m. on GMA and online via Kapuso Stream. It can be streamed on GMANetwork.com, YouTube channel and the Facebook page of The Clash 2024, and Facebook page of GMA Network.

The Clash 2024 also has a late telecast on GTV at 9:45 p.m.
