By Jansen Ramos

Primetime television's most anticipated event will happen very soon as The Clash 2021 unleashes the freshest batch of outstanding singing talents from around the archipelago.

After months of grueling auditions, this season's top 30 Clashers have elicited exemplary remarks from the screening panel, with The Clash 2021 touting to be the program's fiercest edition yet.

The emergence of eight world-class contenders from Mindanao, the largest contingent in all Clash seasons, rev up a different kind of excitement in the program's four-year run. It will be a ruthless battle of the regions as Luzon enters the competition with 10 strong representatives. Metro Manila heads to the showdown with its terrific 10 too, while two finalists from Visayas are more than ready to take on anyone.

If the last three seasons thrilled the Clash Nation with unpredictable surprises, expect bigger and more shocking twists this year.

The formidable trio of Asia's Nightingale Lani Misalucha, Asia's Romantic Balladeer Christian Bautista, and Comedy Concert Queen Aiai Delas Alas will play a challenging role in this cutting-edge component of the program.

Julie Anne San Jose and Rayver Cruz continue as Clash Masters of the onstage battles while Journey Hosts Ken Chan and Rita Daniela cover all sides of the backstage drama as they probe into the lives of this year's feisty contenders.
