GMA Network's all-original singing competition The Clash truly lives up to its title as the greatest singing battle in the country as it continues to receive accolades as time passes.

On Saturday, October 17, The Clash was again recognized by the Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC) Star Awards for Television as the Best Talent Search Program at the 34th edition of the annual award-giving body. The program bagged the same award at the previous edition of the PMPC Star Awards for TV in 2019.

In their virtual acceptance speech, Clash Masters Julie Anne San Jose and Rayver Cruz thanked PMPC for The Clash's new award.

For his part, Rayver shared that the award will push them even more to give viewers an exciting musical entertainment.

Now on its fourth season, The Clash also reintroduces the Journey Hosts Ken Chan and Rita Daniela who give viewers an exclusive peek backstage.

Returning on The Clash panel are Asia's Nightingale Lani Misalucha, Asia's Romantic Balladeer Christian Bautista, and Comedy Concert Queen Aiai Delas Alas.

Directed by Louie Ignacio, The Clash airs Saturdays, 7:15 p.m., and Sundays, 7:40 p.m., on GMA-7.
