Billy Crawford, Julie Anne San Jose, SB19's Stell, and Chito Miranda are the first-ever The Voice Generations coaches in Asia.
Billy Crawford has been in the entertainment industry for more than two decades. At an early age, Billy was already a TV star as he was seen performing on GMA's That's Entertainment. He began his musical career in America and primarily performed in Europe and Asia. Billy started creating albums and writing songs when he was 15 years old. The majority of his tracks have topped the UK music charts.
After being the host of The Wall Philippines on GMA, and being hailed as the grand champion of Dancing with the Stars in France, award-winning international singer, dancer, and host Billy Crawford is now one of the coaches of The Voice Generations.
Julie Anne San Jose is a homegrown Kapuso talent and is now one of the most sought-after singer-actresses of her generation. Julie made her first TV appearance when she joined Little Miss Philippines of Eat Bulaga at the age of three. Later in 2008, Julie started appearing in various television shows until she became a regular cast member of GMA's Sunday variety shows.
From being "Asia's Pop Sweetheart," Julie Anne San Jose is now dubbed "Asia's Limitless Star" for her incredible singing career. In fact, she is regarded as one of the best-selling recording artists in the Philippines. Aside from this, her GMA Synergy-produced concert titled 'Limitless: A Musical Trilogy' was awarded the Silver Medal at the New York Festivals in 2022. This year, Julie Anne is ready to be one of the coaches for The Voice Generations.
Stellvester Ajero, better known as Stell, is a Filipino singer, songwriter, and dancer. Stell was introduced as a member of the popular P-pop boy group SB19 in 2018, where he is the main dancer-choreographer and main vocalist. SB19 was the first Filipino boy group nominated for Top Social Artist at the prestigious Billboard Music Awards 2021, among Ariana Grande, BTS, Blackpink, and Seventeen.
Talking about humble beginnings, Stell comes from a simple family in Cavite. In order to finish his studies, Stell decided to be a working student in order to help his family at the same time. Stell is no stranger to life's obstacles and the battle to attain one's dreams - and he is confident that these experiences will guide him to be the best coach of The Voice Generations.
Born as Alfonso Yanga Miranda, Jr., Chito Miranda is one of the most popular Filipino rock stars in the Philippines. He is a founding member and the frontman of the band Parokya Ni Edgar. Chito discovered his interest in music while in high school at the Ateneo De Manila University, where he also met the other members of PNE.
Through the years, Chito, together with his bandmates, continued to produce relatable songs that have won the heart of every Filipino in different generations. His notable contributions to the OPM (Original Pinoy Music) industry have maintained his credibility as one of the country's top musicians. His longstanding achievement attests to his expertise as one of The Voice Generations' coaches.
These superstar coaches are all set to produce the Philippines' and Asia's first The Voice Generations Grand Champion.
