Paul Salas teases that a big switch will be one of the plot twists of 'The Write One.'
Kapuso actor and Sparkle star Paul Salas is excited for viewers to see The Write One, an upcoming romance drama series with a touch of fantasy.
Aside from the beautiful story, Paul is glad that the show gives him a chance to work with his real life sweetheart Mikee Quintos and also their good friends and fellow real-life couple Ruru Madrid and Bianca Umali.
In The Write One, Ruru plays frustrated television writer Liam while Bianca plays his wife, former actress Joyce. After a few years of marriage, the love between the two seemed to have cooled down and has been replaced by regret and resentment.
Liam will get a chance to literally change his and Joyce's life with the help of a mysterious typewriter.
Not much is known yet about the characters of Paul and Mikee but it is safe to assume that they are involved in the "changes" that Liam will write of his and Joyce's life.
In an Instagram post, Paul shared photos of the four of them. But instead of the usual partners, Bianca is now paired with him, while Ruru is paired with Mikee.
"The switch?" his caption simply read.
The Write One is produced by GMA Public Affairs and Viu Philippines. It is set to premiere on March 20 on GMA, GTV and Pinoy Hits, while you can stream advanced episodes on Viu starting March 18.
