Sparkle actress Elijah Alejo to her character Chynna: “Through your life, I learned so many things and I hope I inspired many people through you.”
Sparkle star Elijah Alejo penned a lengthy and heartfelt message to her Underage family as she officially signed off as Chynna Serrano.
On Instagram, the teen star shared a series of photos with her co-stars and the entire production team during their tapings and began her post by expressing her gratitude to everyone, who tuned in and supported Underage from its pilot episode until the finale.
She then thanked her home network and GMA executives such as Senior Vice President for Programming, Talent Management, Worldwide, Support Group, and President of GMA Films Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes, Senior Vice President for Entertainment Group Lilybeth G. Rasonable, Vice President for Drama Cheryl Ching-Sy, Assistant Vice President for Talent Management Joy Marcelo, and Sparkle GMA Artist Center Senior Talent Manager Jan Navarro for their trust in her.
The 18-year-old actress also has nothing but gratitude to the team behind Underage for guiding her all throughout the series as she played the role of Chynna.
She continued, “To miss @kamille_ph, sir @erwyn08, miss @mayrborja, ate @ynaaahdizon, direk @rechie, and direk @lifeisbyutipaul, thank you po for trusting me to play Chynna Serrano and sa pag-guide sa akin all throughout the series. Words can't express how lucky I am to be able to work with the Team Underage.
“Sa writers who wrote this wonderful and relevant story, thank you for helping me visualize Chynna through your imagination.”
Elijah also penned a sweet message to her co-stars for the wonderful memories they shared. She went on, “To the actors na naka-work ko (both first time and naka-work ulit), thank you so much for the laughters and tears. For the knowledge both in life and showbiz. I'll forever cherish the memories that we made during this time.”
Before ending her post, Elijah dedicated a message to her character Chynna, saying she learned a lot of lessons through her life. She added, “To Chynna, thank you.Through your life, I learned so many things and I hope I inspired many people through you. I'll always love you, and you'll always be a part of me.
“This Chynna Serrano, officially signing off.”
