Voltes V: Legacy delivered a strong viewership on its pilot episode after it logged a high TV rating based on the preliminary overnight data of the Nationwide Urban TV Audience Measurement (NUTAM) People Ratings of Nielsen Philippines TAM.

The May 8, 2023 episode of Voltes V: Legacy, which aired on GMA, GTV, I Heart Movies, and Pinoy Hits, earned a combined rating of 14.6 percent while its competitor program, as seen also on multiple channels, gained a combined rating of 9.9 percent.

The numbers say it all that more eyes watched the Kapuso series compared to its rival show.

In the first episode of Voltes V: Legacy, it introduced the five young heroes who are trained to combat the Earth's invaders from Boazan.

As the Earth's satellites detected that a humanoid beast fighter has entered the planet's atmosphere, the fighters, aptly called the Voltes V team, have to volt in to form and control the ultra electromagnetic super robot, Voltes V. This is Earth's giant weapon against the beast fighter named Dokugaga.

Voltes V: Legacy airs weeknights, 8:00 p.m., on GMA Telebabad, GTV, I Heart Movies, and Pinoy Hits.
