'Voltes V: Legacy' is successful in bringing back the habit of watching television with loved ones together and the spirit of community in a Filipino neighborhood.

The groundbreaking Kapuso series is successful in bringing back the habit of watching television with loved ones together, something that many Pinoys would forgo because of the busy schedule and physical distance among each family member.
Not only the bond between the families was reclaimed, but also the spirit of community in a Filipino neighborhood.
Merchandising service, Powerplay Ware, testifies to this in an insightful Facebook post on Wednesday, May 24, sharing a photo of three kids keeping their eyes on Voltes V: Legacy from their neighbor's home.
It read, "One of the many reasons why I am so happy that Voltes V: Legacy exists, is because it provides QUALITY ENTERTAINMENT to young kids and those who don't have much in life, specially here in the Philippines.
"Just seeing this photo right here, where a bunch of kids enjoying an amazing Super Robot fight earlier, probably their first and only exposure to such a thing, is something I admire GMA Network for doing.
"Because this picture reminds me so much of myself as a young kid, discovering Voltes V for the first time, being my first exposure to Super Robots, changed my life (and inspired me to form Powerplay Ware)."
"And I am happy that Voltes V: Legacy is now doing the same for these young fans who only have access to free TV from their neighbor's home."
