Kuya Germs takes pride in the success of his ‘kids’

By MARY LOUISE LIGUNAS

For several decades now, Kuya Germs has been known for tapping undiscovered talents and giving them opportunities to shine in show business.

He has paved the way for dreamers to become stars, as early as the 1980’s with the talent and variety show That’s Entertainment.

Today, he helps youngsters get their big breaks by introducing them through Walang Tulugan with the Master Showman.

The likes of Jake Vargas, Ken Chan and Jak Roberto began their showbiz journeys in the Saturday late night show and have already began making their mark in the industry.

Their father figure Kuya Germs couldn’t be more proud that his boys are making names for themselves and that the three starred in Cinemalaya films this year.

The Master Showman disclosed that he remembers the 80’s with what they’re doing now in Walang Tulugan.

His objective of helping young stars hasn’t stopped.
