Barbie Forteza and Kate Valdez, to star in new GMA series, 'Anak Ni Waray Vs. Anak Ni Biday'

Kapuso actresses Barbie Forteza and Kate Valdez are set to star together in the remake of the 1984 film Anak Ni Waray Vs. Anak Ni Biday as the show's titular daughters.
Barbie and Kate will also be joined by veteran stars Snooky Serna and Dina Bonnevie with the former being an actual cast member of the original film.
Anak Ni Waray Vs. Anak Ni Biday tells the story of friendship between two unlikely characters and how different circumstances will try and tear their relationship apart.
The show also asks the question "Is reconciliation possible between mortal enemies?"
