Yvie (Megan Young) and Matteo (Rayver Cruz) are childhood sweethearts who fall in love and eventually get married. Together with their adopted son, they happily moved into their new family home, along with Yvie's best friend and cousin, Katya (Kim Domingo). But their bliss is quickly replaced by fear.
