Rabiya Mateo channels Priyanka Chopra as she rocks gorgeous red gown

Rabiya Mateo channeled Indian beauty queen and Miss World 2000 Priyanka Chopra as she rocked a gorgeous and intricate red dress.

In an Instagram post on Friday, The Miss Universe Philippines titleholder shared photos from her "favorite layout shoot" where she can be seen all fierce and powerful wearing dark red lipstick that matched her killer dress.

She wrote, "Your power comes with acknowledgment."

Meanwhile, her designer Mikee Andrei, who also shared photos of the shoot on Instagram, said, "Channeling Priyanka realness. From queen to another queen. Rabiya Mateo is every inch regal in this look."

Aside from slaying the internet, Rabiya also topped the partial tally of a local online poll for Miss Universe on the Lazada shopping app.

Rabiya, who was crowned as Miss Universe Philippines last October, is now in the US preparing for the grand coronation of the Miss Universe 2020 pageant. The competition will be held at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
