Chiz Escudero dedicates a birthday greeting for wife Heart Evangelista as she turns 36

On Valentine's Day, Sorsogon governor and former senator Chiz Escudero shared a rare post dedicated to his wife Heart Evangelista. 

But of course, Valentine's Day is Heart's birthday and this year, she turns 36! 

On Facebook, Chiz posted a photo with the Kapuso Queen of Creative Collaborations and three cakes on the table filled with flowers.

"Happy birthday, Heart!" Chiz simply wrote in the caption with a heart emoji.

Based on her Instagram Stories, Heart flew into Baguio via a chopper on Saturday, where she celebrated with cakes, champagne, and basked in the warmth of a fireplace.

On her birthday, Heart also shared a photo of herself donning a Tiffany & Co. necklace.

"Love and light," she wrote in the caption.

Last January, Heart guested Chiz on her vlog for another "Adulting with Chiz" episode where the two talked about handling long distance relationships.
