Kendra and Scarlett Kramer take up arnis classes at home

Looks like Doug Kramer isn't the only athlete in the family!

The former basketball player just posted a video clip of his daughters, Kendra and Scarlett, taking arnis classes at home.

The two little girls were in full gear, and were sparring with their instructors using real arnis sticks!

Doug proudly filmed their progress from the side and shared it in his Instagram Stories.

"[Kendra] and [Scarlett] starting their day sharpening their arnis skills," he said.

Arnis is a national martial arts sport in the Philippines. Players are taught how to use not only weapons, but also hand-to-hand combat and self defense. —Margaret Claire Layug/JCB, GMA News
