Samantha Lo says pageant organizer asked her to get rid of the crow's feet around her eyes

Samantha Lo got real in her latest Instagram post.

Along with stunning photos of her at the beach, the Miss Grand Philippines 2019

queen revealed on Instagram that she was once asked by a pageant organizer to have her crow’s feet — also known as laugh lines or wrinkles around the eyes — removed.

“One time, during my reign, one of the organizers told me I should get botox to get rid of the [crow's] feet on the sides of my eyes because it doesn't look nice,” Samantha said.

“But common sense told me that smiling contributes to [crow's] feet... which is something I do a lot because I'm a happy person," she added.

Samantha named a few things that make her happy, such as calling her family everyday, being with her girlfriend Jannica Rubin, and to “have the opportunity to do what I love every day, which is to be a nurse and teach English.”

The Cebuana beauty queen then gave a message to the organizer: “So no, sir. I will not erase the product of the happiness in my life. But. I will erase you. And that I did.”

She added, “[Crow’s] feet. Mama mo. Watch me smile.”

Samantha is best known for when she represented the Philippines in the Miss Grand International 2019 pageant. Her journey to the crown ended early.
