“I think I did it again!” Han lip-synched.

“Summer I Turned Pretty coming soon(ish) to a tv near you,” she said in the caption.

According to Variety, Han has already written the pilot for the series to air on the streaming site Amazon Prime Video.

“The Summer I Turned Pretty is many years in the making, and I’m so excited to tell Belly’s story in 2021,” the author was quoted as saying.

“For the longtime book fans, I think it will have been worth the wait. For those newly discovering the Summer series, I hope you fall in love with these characters and this place that is so dear to my heart,” she added.

“The Summer I Turned Pretty” is a trilogy about first love, first heartbreak, and the magic of an unforgettable summer.

Jenny Han is the New York Times bestselling author of the “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before" books, which saw a series of film adaptations on Netflix starring Lana Condor, Noa Centineo and Israel Broussard.

The final film, "To All The Boys: Always and Forever,” is set to premiere February 12 on Netflix. —Margaret Claire Layug/JCB, GMA News
