Netflix releases trailer for upcoming sci-fi anime 'Eden'

Does the world need humans?

This is the question posed by the official trailer of "Eden," an upcoming sci-fi and fantasy anime from Netflix directed by "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood" director Yasuhiro Irie and created by "Innocence" creator Justin Leach.

The trailer introduces a human girl named Sara, who was secretly raised by robots in a city known as Eden. However, she starts to uncover the dark secrets behind her lush, utopian world where humanity has all but vanished.

Netflix also unveiled the English voice cast, led by Ruby Rose (Sara). The other cast members include David Tennant (E92), Rosario Dawson (A37), JP Karliak (S566), Neil Patrick Harris (Zero), Cassandra Lee Morris (Zurich), and Julie Nathanson (Geneva).
