Valentine’s gifts from Dangwa and Divisoria, whether you want to splurge or save

This Valentine’s Day, prove that love doesn’t need to be grand or expensive to be special.

On Sunday’s “24 Oras Weekend” report, Dano Tingcungco explored Divisoria and discovered that there are bouquets that feature balloons, teddy bears, and plastic roses instead of flowers.

Baskets that have huge stuffed toys are also available, and they range from just P35 to P400.

If you’re looking for something more personal, meanwhile, do-it-yourself presents are the way to go. You can just make use of stuff you can find at home like Christmas lights or cardboards.

Money bouquets that are practical for the one receiving the present is also available in Dangwa. Instead of the usual, paper bills are shaped into roses and arranged beautifully.

According to sellers, getting a money bouquet starts at P1,000 for labor. Of course, the bills should also come from you, but don’t fret—even P20 bills are more than okay to make a bouquet with.

Other gifts you might want to check out are the cookie bouquet, the vegetable bouquet, and the ihaw-ihaw bouquet. — Franchesca Viernes/BM, GMA News
