Tootsy Angara wears Maria Clara-inspired, Michael Leyva dress

Tootsy Angara's Maria Clara-inspired dress is certainly stand out.

On Instagram, Sen. Sonny Angara's wife looking radiant in an off-shoulder number by fashion designer Michael Leyva. The subtly patterned dress features sweet embroidery on the neckline and a belted waist that emphasized her petite figure.

According to the designer, it was a Maria Clara inspired dress.

Posting photos with her husband, Tootsy said she was "happy to be by your side at the opening of the 1st regular session of the 19th Congress" and thanked Michael for her cute OOTD.

Tootsy is often included in many a SONA's best dressed list. During the 2017 edition, she made headlines for wearing her old prom dress designed by Pitoy Moreno.
