LTFRB operations in Quezon City cut short due to SONA

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Monday cut short the operations in two of its offices in Quezon City in light of the first State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.

Work at the LTFRB-Central Office and LTFRB-NCR was only until 12 noon, pursuant to a memorandum issued by Mayor Joy Belmonte on Sunday ordering the early dismissal of all personnel in government offices in Quezon City.

Belmote also suspended classes in all public and private schools, citing the effect of the road closures on city-wide traffic and commuters.
